And Kimberly Kitson Mills also has that nagging, intimate pain that makes great soul singers. A French woman from an English father and a mother who immigrated from Ghana to Paris, her parents separated when she was only two years-old. The lack of her father became the basis of her expression, and inspired Kimberose's signature song George.
